  • Shipping Time: Delivery within the UAE is typically completed within 1-2 business days.

2. International Shipping:

  • Processing Time: International orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
  • Shipping Time: Delivery times for international orders vary between 1-7 business days depending on the destination.
  • Shipping Fees: Fees for international shipping will be calculated at checkout based on the weight and destination of the package. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or taxes incurred.

3. Address Accuracy: Please ensure the delivery address provided is correct. Oriental Oud Perfumes LLC is not responsible for delayed or undelivered orders due to incorrect address details.

Cancellation Policy:

  • Cancellation Requests: Cancellations are only accepted before the delivery process is initiated. Once the product is out for delivery, cancellations are no longer permitted.
  • How to Cancel: To cancel an order, we strongly encourage you to contact us by telephone at +971-50-305-6017 for immediate action. Cancellation requests via email may take longer to process, and we cannot guarantee the cancellation if the product has already been dispatched.
